The address above is not intended for returns or complaints. We cannot process parcels sent to this address. How to return an item or make a complaint is explained in clauses 8 and 9 and on the Returns and Complaints page.
2. Scope of Application
(1) These terms set out the rights and obligations of NORD E-COM B.V. (“we”, “us”) and you as the buyer (“you”) when goods are purchased in the online shop.
(2) We sell only to consumers, that is, natural persons who make purchases for purposes that are mainly unrelated to their business, trade, craft or profession. The goods are sold for personal use, in normal household quantities.
(3) If we have entered into a separate agreement with you, it takes precedence over these terms to the extent that it differs from them.
(4) These terms do not limit your rights under mandatory consumer protection rules of law, including the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania (Lietuvos Respublikos civilinis kodeksas) and the Law on Consumer Rights Protection of the Republic of Lithuania (Lietuvos Respublikos vartotojų teisių apsaugos įstatymas).
3. Contract Language and Storage of the Terms
The contract is concluded in Lithuanian. You can read the terms on our website at any time and also save or print them using your browser’s functions. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email containing the details of your order.
4. Placing an Order and Conclusion of the Contract
(1) The products presented in the online shop are not a binding offer but only an invitation to place an order.
(2) You add goods to the cart, go to the checkout, fill in the required information, select the delivery and payment methods and review the order. Before you submit the order, you can go back at any time, correct your information or cancel the purchase.
(3) By clicking the button with which you complete and pay for the order (order with obligation to pay), you make a binding offer to purchase and accept these terms.
(4) We confirm your order by email. The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation.
(5) If we cannot deliver an ordered item, for example because we no longer have it in stock, or if the price has been stated manifestly incorrectly, we have the right to cancel the contract in respect of that item. We will inform you of this without delay and refund the amount paid for that item.
5. Customer Account
You can create a customer account or buy without an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. We may close an account that has not been used for a long time or that is being misused. You can request deletion of your account at any time.
6. Prices and Payment
(1) All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include value added tax (VAT 21 %). The delivery price is added to the price of the goods and is shown at checkout before you complete the order. The delivery methods are described on the Payment and Shipping page.
(2) If a price changes, the price that was shown when you placed your order applies to your order.
(3) You can pay using the payment methods shown at checkout, for example payment and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. Payments are handled by our payment service providers Shopify Payments and PayPal.
(4) You agree that receipts, invoices and other correspondence relating to your purchase may be sent to you electronically.
7. Delivery
(1) We deliver only in Lithuania.
(2) We ship the goods using the delivery method you have chosen – “Delivery to a parcel locker” (DPD) or “Courier delivery” – to the parcel locker or address specified in the order. The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout. Unless another time limit has been agreed, we deliver the goods without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract.
(3) If the delivery is delayed, we will inform you of this. Your rights in the event of delayed delivery are set out in legislation.
(4) The risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods passes to you when the goods are handed over to you or to a third party designated by you who is not the carrier.
(5) If the parcel is visibly damaged or incomplete on delivery, we recommend that you report this to the carrier and contact us as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.
(6) The goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns Within 30 Days
(1) Under Article 6.228¹⁰ of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and other related provisions, you have the right to withdraw, within 14 days and without giving any reason, from a contract concluded at a distance (statutory right of withdrawal). The period runs from the day on which the goods are handed over to you or to a third party designated by you who is not the carrier. If the order is delivered in several parts or consignments, the period runs from the day on which the last part or consignment is handed over.
(2) In addition, we voluntarily extend this period to 30 days from the day on which the goods are handed over to you (“returns within 30 days”). The statutory right of withdrawal lasts 14 days; the remaining 16 days are our voluntary extension, which goes beyond what the law requires. Throughout this entire period, the same terms apply as for the statutory right of withdrawal, as described in this clause.
(3) You withdraw from the contract by notifying us of your decision before the period has expired, for example via the returns function in your customer account or on the order status page (“Request return”), by email to info.lt@nordblanc.com or using the model withdrawal form at the end of these terms. Use of the form is not mandatory. You can withdraw from the entire contract or only for some of the goods. It is sufficient to send the notice before the period has expired.
(4) You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you notified us that you are withdrawing from the contract. The period is deemed to have been met if you send the goods before the end of this period. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. How to return the goods is set out in the return instructions you receive from us and on the Returns and Complaints page: when you notify us of the return, we will send you a Packeta return code by email, with which you can hand in the parcel at a Packeta point. A fee of 5 € applies for using our return code, and it is deducted from the amount refunded.
(5) We will refund all amounts you have paid for the returned goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal from the contract. If you withdraw from the entire contract, we will also refund the original delivery price according to the cheapest standard delivery method we offer, but not any additional costs arising from your having chosen a more expensive delivery method. We will refund the money using the same payment method that you used for the purchase, unless you expressly agree to another method that will not cause you any costs. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have shown that you have sent them, whichever occurs first.
(6) You may inspect the goods in the same way as would be done in a shop in order to assess their characteristics and whether the size fits. If you have used the goods more than is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, you are liable for any diminished value of the goods, and we may reduce the refund accordingly. Therefore try on clothes and shoes carefully, on a clean and dry surface, and leave the labels attached.
(7) The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly tailored to your personal needs, to sealed goods that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons if their packaging was opened after delivery, or in other cases set out in the Civil Code.
(8) If you received a gift together with the goods and you withdraw from the contract, you must also return the gift.
9. Complaints
(1) We are liable for any lack of conformity of the goods with the contract in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania on consumer sales contracts. We are liable for a lack of conformity which existed at the time the goods were handed over to you and became apparent within 2 years of the goods being handed over.
(2) It is presumed that a lack of conformity which became apparent within 12 months of the goods being handed over already existed at the time of handover, unless proven otherwise or this is incompatible with the nature of the goods or of the lack of conformity.
(3) Please notify us of a lack of conformity as soon as possible after you notice it, so that we can handle the complaint faster.
(4) If the goods do not conform to the contract, you are first entitled to demand that they be repaired free of charge or replaced with a new item. If this is not possible, if it cannot be done within a reasonable time, or in other cases provided for by law, you are entitled to demand a price reduction or to cancel the contract. The contract cannot be cancelled if the lack of conformity is minor. You may also be entitled to damages under the law.
(5) Our liability does not cover normal wear and tear or damage that has arisen after delivery, for example because the care instructions on the label of the goods have not been followed (washing at the wrong temperature, tumble drying, dry cleaning or ironing of items that cannot withstand it), or as a result of an accident.
(6) How to make a complaint: send an email to info.lt@nordblanc.com, stating the order number, a brief description of the lack of conformity and, if you can, photos. Do not send the goods to us before you have received our instructions. If the complaint is justified, we will bear the cost of return shipping and reimburse your reasonable costs in connection with the complaint.
(7) We confirm that we have received your complaint and respond to it as soon as possible, normally within 14 days of receiving it. If we do not uphold the complaint, we explain our reasons in writing and inform you of the possibility of contacting the Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba (State Consumer Rights Protection Authority, VVTAT).
(8) If the goods are repaired following a complaint, the provisions of the Civil Code applicable from 31 July 2026 may provide that the period of liability is extended by 12 months.
10. Personal Data
We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). More information can be found in our Privacy Policy on the Privacy and Cookie Policy page.
11. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied, we would first and foremost like to resolve the matter together with you. Please contact us at info.lt@nordblanc.com. If we cannot reach an agreement, you can contact the VVTAT, which examines consumer disputes out of court, www.vvtat.lt. The Europos vartotojų centras Lietuvoje (European Consumer Centre Lithuania) provides advice and assistance in disputes with businesses established in other EU countries (our company is established in the Netherlands). You can also bring the matter before a court.
12. Governing Law
The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies to the contract. This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country of your habitual residence.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may change these terms. The terms in force when you placed your order apply to your order.
