Choose by where your child will spend their time and how much they will move: for play and sport, what matters is a material that moves sweat away from the body and dries quickly.

For the cold: start with a base layer

The basis of dressing for winter is a base layer, which your child wears directly against the skin. NORDBLANC children’s thermal T-shirts and trousers are made of polyester in which DRYFOR fibre carries sweat from the body to the surface of the fabric, so the base layer dries quickly. Winter thermal T-shirts are meant for colder days, while the all-season T-shirts and trousers can be worn all year round for hiking, running and cycling. Over the base layer, add a sweatshirt or fleece according to the weather, and on top a jacket and trousers that protect against wind and damp.

By the water and in the sun

For the water there are UV T-shirts made of nylon with 12% elastane, with short or long sleeves and flat seams; they carry the UPF 50+ rating given by the manufacturer. Swim and beach shorts made of 100% nylon are also made for swimming and the beach.

For trips and movement

Sizes are marked with pairs of numbers: 110-116, 122-128, 134-140, 146-152 and 158-164. Most clothing is divided into two ranges - the smaller offers sizes 110-116 to 134-140, the larger 146-152 and 158-164 - so the same design is often found in two separate products. UV T-shirts have all five sizes in one product, and the hat comes in one size.
